On Windows 2003 Server, open the IIS 6 Manager.
-> Right-click the Local Computer Server and Select Properties.
-> Click the MIME Types button.
-> Click New ;
->Enter the following information:
-> Associated Extension box: .FLV
-> MIME Type box:flv-application/octet-stream
->Click OK.
-> Restart IIS 6.
